The Fedora policy covers EPEL as well in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Updates_Policy/#critpath-updates but the specific policies seem inconsistent with https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-policy/ and https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-policy-updates/

per @kevin Bodhi actually enforces 7 days so the Fedora policy is definitely wrong

fedora_epel.mandatory_days_in_testing = 7
