There are a few EPEL-related FAS groups that have been created over time. Some of these have zero members, which makes it pretty clear they are no longer used.
There are other groups that have members, but as far as I know are all deprecated or otherwise defunct.
Unless anyone speaks up to a current usage of these, I would like to clear out their membership to help indicate that they are no longer being used. For good measure, I checked fedora-infra/ansible and couldn't find any mention of them.

I certainly make use of my membership in epel-packagers-sig to request epel branches of packages for which it is a collaborator for epel branches:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/group/epel-packagers-sig
which lists some 695 packages.
The EPEL Steering Committee voted to deprecate epel-packagers-sig back in March ( discussion thread, meeting log, docs change). The SIG was an interesting idea but unfortunately resulted in some "build and forget" behavior, leading to complaints from other Fedora packagers. Going forward the recommendation is to ask the maintainers of those packages to add you as a direct co-maintainer. In some cases, it may make sense to create a new more specific group to maintain a set of closely related packages, such as the mkdocs-sig. The Committee is also discussing an automated removal of epel-packager-sig from packages.

This was discussed in this weeks EPEL Steering Committee meeting. Although there was at least one member there was was still using the epel-packagers-sig a bit, the vote was still unanimous to clean up all the groups.
So yes, please clean those groups up.
I have removed the following users from each group.
