Netatalk package has a build dependency on tracker-devel, which is missing from el8 repos.

Trying to understand the change in policy. G regarding -devel packages.

Googling for information on this has lead me here. Am I in the right place to get this resolved?

If so, my next question will be how to get fedpkg to build netatalk, with code ready builder repo enabled???
