Is this really reasonable?

Is this really the preferred way to invoke the python3 binary? Is it the preferred shebang to use for packaged python3 scripts in EPEL 8?

I believe this is fixed in https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-b4e9aea40d . please check and confirm

This works - in koji.

However, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1764445 for why it does not work in a local mock EPEL 8 build.
