Reopen Issue

I tried to build ocaml-dune for epel8 today. The local mockbuild succeeded, but the koji build failed with error:

DEBUG util.py:596:  No available modular metadata for modular package 'python2-rpm-macros-3-38.module+el8.1.0+3111+de3f2d8e.noarch', it cannot be installed on the system
DEBUG util.py:596:  Error: No available modular metadata for modular package

Not sure what's wrong.

Is this still an issue?
I thought there was a problem with koji/epel and it got fixed.

Issue is fixed.
