Issue #24: rdgo repo broken - fedora-atomic-host-continuous

I don't have the cycles to look at this right now, just filing this quickly.

The rdgo repo is broken:

https://ci.centos.org/artifacts/sig-atomic/fahc/rdgo/

It looks like the build symlink is just showing up as a regular file?

Oddly, doing an rsync and inspecting, it is indeed a good symlink to build-0/. Permissions and ownership look good. We'll have to dig deeper.
