Problem:
On the badges statistic page on the right the 'first earned by %' and the 'last awarded by %' are shown with the correct user names. The issue is that both user names link to the 'first earned by' badges-user page.

It's probably only the wrong variable in the Python script.

I think Ralph fixed in https://github.com/fedora-infra/tahrir/commit/d9aff539ebbc4d2dc886fd5f1a7a0e2dba60fd7c

If that's the case, we just need to spin up tahrir 0.4.2

Yeah.. it just need to be re-deployed. Soon, soon!
