Badge description: Something like: You maintain the Fedora websites. The Web is yours!

Anything else we need to know:
There might be an other badge idea to credit more active maintainers (associated with Trac?)

We don't have brillant artwork ideas..

\m/ is a digital representation of the rock on hand symbol :)

I like the panda too, but we don't really see a direct link to websites. Is using the panda rocking with the web background working?

I like it, just a thought. WHat about replace the speaker where the panda puts on his foot with the classic www icon (world)? This could make the badge more web related.
