Flisol is a regional event in Latam with with numerous cedes and many ambassadors help to promote Fedora in theirs local avents.

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?)

More of Fedora representatives in Flisol are ambassadors

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)

Flisol is a event to help new people to know about FLOSS and install FLOSS software in their computes, with representatives of others ditros like Ubuntu very actives in this kind of event have Fedora representatives help new people to know about the Fedora Project and take it a chance.

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)

Yearly

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?)

With stands, talks and helping instaling Fedora.

Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?

Thank a lot for the artwork proposal, It looks good for me, Flisol is a event for newcommers, lokking at last years badges the attende badge do not many sence becouse people in the event with active FAS Accounts is already helping to promote Fedora, so I think than with two badges is OK.
