This issue can be closed once #667 is merged. That pull request adds all of the above resources into a dedicated docs.fedoraproject.org page and also adds the resources into git, here in this repository. The README is also updated to point to these design assets too in their new resting place.

Hopefully it makes these things more visible for new designers! :raised_hands:

As a note, please use the Docs website for finding updated versions of these templates. Some of the work here in this issue is outdated.
