#782 badge for f33 Fedora CoreOS test day participation.
Closed: pushed by nb. Opened by dustymabe.

Badge description (like "You helped solidify the core for Fedora 33!"):

Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is
awarded for certain kinds of activities:

1) What are those activities?
- Participating in the Fedora CoreOS Test day for F33.

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)

  • community members

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)

  • to help us test the CoreOS rebase to f33 images.

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)

  • once a fedora release cycle.

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)

  • talking in IRC and reporting issues in the test day app

Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?

  • something with the coreOS logo maybe and testing.. Maybe we could be boiling the the CoreOS logo in a pot or baking it in the oven.

First draft - would love some feedback :grinning:

looks great to me, though we might want to leave some space to put a number (like 33) like we did for the cloud test day.

Thanks @dustymabe - I flipped the spoon to make room for the numbering

@elladaniels Did you try out a design with an oven? I had fun making these:

I think @elladaniels 's pot looks better. Plus, it has sufficient space for the numbering.
I just designed these for the fun of it. I particularly liked the idea of putting butter on the logo, as seen in the "I converted to btrfs!" badge

Great work @elladaniels @viv - we took Ella's design and improved it during the demo. Setting as approved :)
