How is this badge earned?

The badge is earned whenever someone submits their change for a certain release of Fedora Linux and has their change accepted for the same. See #848 for some past examples.

Who gets this badge?

Anyone who submits their changes and has them accepted for a certain release of Fedora Linux

Why do they get this badge?

To encourage folks to submit more changes of quality that would be useful to the ecosystem

When do they get this badge?

Once per release cycle (i.e. approximately every six months)

How do they claim the badge?

This is something to be handled by the current change wrangler of the certain release.

See #848 for some examples. Follow the previously laid down design patterns for consistency.
