#25 Add support for due dates

It would be nice if we could make use of Taiga due dates in the following way:

  • Set a due date of +7 days when moving an issue to the Announced state
  • Set a due date of +7 days when moving an issue to the Ready for FESCo state
  • Highlight due/overdue issues when listing issues in the CLI
