Could not execute sources: Error running rpmspec on "/root/jenkins/workspace/i_dist-git-build-pipeline_master/python-anyio/python-anyio.spec", return code 1

It seems that all (?) pull requests scratch builds end with this error for couple days now.

It seems to be happening randomly: https://osci-jenkins-1.ci.fedoraproject.org/job/fedora-ci/job/dist-git-build-pipeline/job/master/buildTimeTrend

Ok, so the problem seems to be in rpkg: https://pagure.io/rpkg/pull-request/564#comment-159381

For now, I just downgraded the rpkg version on CI machines.
