Now that the CommBlog is live, we need to help make it easier for new contributors to get started writing their own articles. There are a few things available in the site that are important to make use of when drafting articles, e.g. categorizing and tagging a post, using the SEO checker for basic immediate feedback, breaking up info with headers, etc.
As a result, it would be helpful to have a basic "getting started" sort of page for the CommBlog to help document the process for having a contributor from anywhere across the project go from draft => publish as soon as possible. The idea is to maintain a low barrier to entry; a "how-to" post will help accomplish this and prevent less time editing.
'''Proposed Completion''': 2015 Nov 16
Completed on Monday as planned. Page is now live.
