This PR converts the old Community Blog wiki page into a fancy new doc!

Today I learned that you cannot upload images to PR comments, but here is a rendered preview of what it looks like for me:

Not really an issue, but..
Please consider making the anchor reflect the section title.
Reason: Doing so makes your link URLs more descriptive.
