This pull request adds a new page to our docs site to explain and introduce Fedora Appreciation Week. It will be a reference place we can begin to point people to and hopefully build on as we go. It currently explains the ways someone can participate now.

to

contributors who make the Fedora community what it is

After that (or if you decide you don't like this change and refuse to make it), it looks good to me and you can merge.
