This commit creates a new module with placeholder pages for each of the
six teams specified in the Nest 2021 hackfest wiki planning doc:

  • Advocates
  • Ambassadors Emeritus
  • Amabassadors
  • CommOps
  • Join SIG
  • Marketing Team

@asamalik or @pbokoc, either of you able to double-check me here? I intentionally am not adding the module to the navbar until more finalized content is ready.

This will also need the menu file, but I guess this is just a placeholder and you're adding it later, right?
