Reopen Issue

Coolkey was replaced by OpenSC in Fedora 26 [1] and finally removed from Fedora 29 (after removing the dependency from esc), but it still sits in the composes lists. Please, remove the coolkey and coolkey devel packages from composes and where it makes sense or where it is not done yet, please, replace it with opensc.
