A Czech translation intended to help with testing the antora tooling. If you did welcome it, I would be pleased. If so, I think we could discuss a few questions I have (from a translator perspective) on #fedora-docs@freenode.net.

That's true, I should definitely add this in all README files, I'll do that tonight
