#42 margins on the front page don't line up with those in the actual documents

On https://docs.fedoraproject.org/, the Fedora logo and title are significantly down and to the right. On pages like https://docs.fedoraproject.org/f26/release-notes/index.html, they're basically up in the corner.

Up in the corner looks fine to me, and allows more "above the fold" content. But mostly the important thing is that it should be consistent and not jumpy.

Is this issue solved?

I'll let @mattdm confirm, but I think it is. If you're familiar with CSS, considering opening a new issue and exploring whether we can move the breadcrumb menu up to "top bar" grey area to buy some more screen real estate.

@wesleyotugo Yeah, see pull request #49 linked above. I put a crude hack into place. Definitely open to something more elegant.
