In the redesigned model there is an addition of a subtle pattern in the background to make it more engaging and appealing.
The color pallete plays vital role as the colors must be appealing and matching with the other elements as well. Use of the very color in the front page by enhacing their look and feel.

The font family and other icons are the key players when it comes to engage the user and make them feel at ease and also improved User Experience.
Given page a symmetry and sequence which impacts the user as they feel the website to be well designed and functional.

The search bar was missing in the Design, for the improved designed added the search option also mentioning the text "search here" which gives it more professional touch and helps with the acessibility (for enhancing the ability to access).
UX is very important for any website or application hence this search option will help the user get the desired search results.

Changed the appearance of the Docs-Button , giving them a more go-together feel with the website adding a glimpse of shadow to make it interactive and standing out.

The documents must be in order as well placed in a format which enhaces it look and information accessibility.
