This PR contributes to the Issue # 7. The TOC previously appeared unstyled, these changes style the TOC and it appears in the content repos like the following image

I know this was opened quite a while ago, but I would like to thank you for your contribution anyway.

Now, the upstream project have introduced some styling to the TOC, which looks quite nice to me.
