Change an adult web page link to proper documentation page for Cobbler

The link change seems ok, but I am not sure about the rest of it... could you split that out to a seperate PR?

@kevin Those are changes that came automatically, they are simply meta data changes updating the version of the page to current one.

This has been fixed elsewhere in the meantime (and on all published branches, too) :).
