The first patch allows aarch64 users to build the documentation since there doesn't appear to be a Antora docker container for arm.

The second patch adds a section on HTTP booting/installing fedora, as well as tweaks the documentation to reflect the current state of grub2, aarch64, and a couple of other minor edits.
