At 1st setion the link on last line "You can view the actual packaging guidelines here" is broken.

May be the right url is https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/

Hope this helps.

The link is actually intended to point to the published Package Maintainer docs.
Since publication is still pending on docs-fp-o/pull-request/171,
the link is "intentionally dead" for the time being.
The text before the link was wrong, however.
I used the README from packaging-committee repo as a base
and forgot to adapt that sentence to this repo.

Fixed in commit 40280d.
