Issue #39: Use 'main' instead of 'master' - package-maintainer-docs

Changes needed:

Change Git default branch name to main, set master as alias for it (done)
Refer to the main branch at docs.fp.o main configuration
Replace version: master with version: ~ in this repository's antora.yml.
Pending on Antora 3 release, see this docs mailing list thread for more info.
Note that this is not related to the Git branch,
Antora just happens to use the term master as well.

This can now be completed, since Antora 3 is live for Fedora Docs.
Commit 3751ec017598bf7d9924b81f89772aaf5bf06a47 fixes this.
