I would like to report that webpage
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/DistTag/#_conditionals
is missing %{el} which description should be the same of %{rhel}
Example of its usage can be found at
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/darktable/blob/rawhide/f/darktable.spec

I think the Fedora packaging committee maintains the guidelines, so this bug should be filed here @germano :
