Add in Fedora Join SIG to Mindshare teams page

There is just one slight change needed. Instead of:

xref:fedora-join-docs:ROOT:index.adoc[**Fedora Join SIG**]

... there should be:

xref:fedora-join:ROOT:index.adoc[**Fedora Join SIG**]

The fedora-join part is the name of the Antora component, defined in the antora.yml file in the Fedora Join repo: https://pagure.io/fedora-join/fedora-join-docs/blob/master/f/antora.yml#_3
