po4a introduced a new cleanspaces option within its asciidoc module.

cleanspaces
Remove extra spaces from the source segments in no-wrap mode. This is useful when the translation tools are sensitive to the number of spaces.

Would it be possible to add this option to our scripts (src-to-pot and po-to-src probably)? I think it would be helpful in removal of double spaces which can be seen between sentences in Fedora docs projects in Weblate.
