This is needed for the proprietary nvidia drivers to be allowed. Otherwise anyone using the proprietary nvidia driver will not be able to utilize the driver and likely not nouveau either with flatpaks since the kernel module will be blacklisted.
Nvidia drivers as flatpak may look like runtime/org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.nvidia-470-42-01/x86_64/1.4
I'm not familiar with this filter syntax so it may be incorrect.
I realize I've not followed the workflow. Will fix tomorrow. I shouldn't be making pull requests at 2AM.
