Since Fedora builds the new community platform on Matrix.org, the flagship Client Element should be available on Fedora. As the Maintainer of the Element Flatpak on Flathub, I consider the usage of the Flatpak a good idea, obviously.
Therefore this PR should help and allow to Element to be installed through the filter.
