#551 Add a message when the My Hubs widget is empty

When there are no hubs to list in the My Hubs widget, it's just an empty box, and that does not look good.
This PR adds a message, but the wording may need to be revised, any suggestions @ryanlerch ?

How about:

"No memberships or subscriptions"

other than that :thumbsup: LGTM!
