this commit does a bit to the styling of hubs.

• adds a new version of the logo at the top that uses
  monsteratt rather than comfortaa as the font.

• tweaks the side bookmarks / leftmenu bar to fill the entire
  space on the left side, and some tweaks to the styles that show
  the active items and the hovers

• tweak the hub header, these all use the flex utilities now, rather
  than margins and floats. This allows them to be aligned a lot neater.
  the hubname at the top now is also bold -- this is how it appears in
  the mockups.

• added the footer that we use elsewhere on sites that use fedora bootstrap.
