He should:

1. confirm that he can login to https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/
   If that doesn't work, use the 'reset password' and try with the new password

2. If accounts works, but other logins do not, they should make sure to enter their account name, not email address. Old fas2 would accept email address, but new account system does not. It really does want account name where it asks for account name.
   There is also a sporadic and anoying sssd bug we are trying to solve that sometimes results in 400 results. We restart it when we see this, but it sometimes still happens. ;(

3. If you are using a OTP, make sure and enter 'passwordotp' ie, your password and then your otp in the password field of id.fedoraproject.org. Work is being done to make that a seperate field, but it's not done yet.

Gnokii also says:

The account was somehow set to 'disabled'. I enabled it, can you have them try again?

Somehow? I know one person more who has the same problem, and that person has also like me an own opinion. Smells a bit someone tried get rid of us this way
