Describe what you would like us to do:

Set up Old Metrics Process to send a Fedora Message Bus Message when complete.

Then, I will set up a Toddler to run Brontosaurusifier when that message is received, and push those results somewhere, rather than running it on my laptop

Note: this is parallel to #10390, for the "old" method. It would be nice for them to have messages in similar format.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Not urgent. I hope to have this up and automated by DevConf.cz in February, so ideally before then.
