  • Add @bcotton and @shaunm as Sponsors

Done, except... IPA/noggin will not let you put a URL as a mailing list address. ;(

So, I cleared that field and added the discussion link to the description. I am not sure how to handle this moving forward... ;(

If you think of any great ideas, file them with noggin/ipa I guess?
