Describe what you would like us to do:

Adding Peer ASNs in Mirrormanager requires being a member of Mirrormanager administrators group (which I'm not). We are running the mirror, at least in part, for the benefit of the IX and would like to add the following ASNs as peers (as they have requested to be added) to
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/host/2807

53758, 7247, 11996, 54364, 13925, 32864, 31807 - Are all listed on https://fcix.net/participants/

33201, 16545 - These are controlled by and downstream from 11996
7752 - These are controlled by and downstream from 13925

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Absolutely no rush, there is no priority to this at all.

I did a quick lookup on the listed ASNs and added them all to your MirrorManager entry.
