Copr Build Log at 15,574, low priority at 19,544.

I was advised there was a system in place to ensure the build servers weren't dominated by one user submitting 10,000 builds (it appears all of python has been requested to be built).

To clarify here, this is about normal user builds on copr taking a long time...

Yes, that is correct, sorry my initial report wasn't clear.

This seems to now have been rectified by the PyPI rebuild being pushed to low priority. Thank you all who helped.
