Describe what you would like us to do:

Create "People" subgroup under https://gitlab.com/fedora, please. Should not be for general personal projects, but somewhere to collect things that are Fedora-related but don't particularly belong in a sig or other subproject (at least not yet). (And then a mattdm subgroup` under that?)

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)
