The bodhi UI appears to have changed recently, particularly for editing existing updates.
I created an update yesterday that inherited some bugs from another update that it obsoleted:

I would like to add another bug (2133865) to this update but when I click "Edit" on the update I find that I can select/highlight builds or existing bugs but can see no way of adding new builds or bugs. Hence I cannot make the changes I want to the update.

I added the bug with a command-line client.

This bug should be reported to Bodhi tracker, this isn't fedora infra issue.
