The last instance of this failure occurring seems to be yesterday: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=93189066 . Since then, the s390x machines seem to be doing ok. We are going to try a rebuild, and I'll close the issue if that succeeds.

seems the builds haven't even started (no logs at all) ...

We cancelled our build and started again. This time we had success, but something that looks like network problems from the koji CLI.

We are aware that there was a loss of power at Westford last week, and maybe the network, not the machine itself, was what was having a problem.

Don't know where the command that runs the build was initiated from, not me.

Not sure what was causing this. The host buildvm-s390x-05.s390.fedoraproject.org can resolve koji.fedoraproject.org correctly.
