#10997 Need otp reset for a friend

My friend and work colleague, Rodolfo Olivieri has lost the 2fa token that he uses with Fedora. He needs to have the tokens on his two accounts reset.

The accounts are:

  • rolivier
  • r0x0d (this one is my personal one)

He can't open a ticket for himself since he doesn't have access to his Fedora accounts. He is a Red Hat employee so probably could verify via the Rover method. I can verify him visually through a video chat, but I'm not an admin.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

My friend needs to respond to another packager about collaborating on maintainance of the task rpm so he'd like it reset by next Wednesday so the other person doesn't feel like he's being ignored.

I've removed their tokens, and answered their email (sorry about the delay there it's been busy).

They should be all set, but if they run into any problems let me know.
