Hello qt6-qtwebengine-6.4.2-4.fc38.x86_64 (-4) suppose to be in stable already but when I tried with podman container or my own machine it is still showing me qt6-qtwebengine-6.4.2-3.fc38.x86_64 (-3) so I guess there is some sort of a mirror problem I am not sure but I cannot download this package and this is also causing alot of package conflicts and prevent upgrade from f37 to f38 as well.
Bodhi link : https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-a5e10b188a (shows stable)
This is because -3 was in another update and it went stable after -4... and pungi/koji only gets the latest tagged version.
I retagged it, so it should now be in repos as of todays compose.
This happens by the way because theres a build in an update with other builds and someone submits a newer one. bodhi doesn't want to obsolete the entire older update, so it just doesn't do anything and hopes the maintainers will sort it out.
IMHO, we should just reject the newer update as that would force the maintainers to consolidate or wait until one went stable before submitting another.
