repodata.xml is referencing a file that does not exist:
repodata/94d526a66c59f05a6960b78189ef5503a4b82e9b8c1b22f28ae3f862e027b260-updateinfo.xml.bz2

This server is currently 'broken' and the tasks are covered in https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/11233 . Please use a different mirror in the meantime like dl.fedoraproject.org
