We've received spam on pagure from almara58:

* User disabled in Fedora Accounts

I don't however have permissions to delete tickets on that repo in pagure.io -- but as the owner of the repo, @ankursinha you should be able to delete that ticket. This was the only activity this user did on pagure.io.
