I started mass rebuild for Perl 5.38 [1]. Several builds which I did failed with same error.

When I resubmitted these build, they usually passed. The problem for me is that I am using script which count dependencies and run the builds in correct order.
Due to these failures I have to re-run the script again when the build pass.
