Please upgrade bodhi to bugfix version 7.2.1 (builds are in updates-testing and should be tagged into infra tags).

The changes in the PR also updates the base image to F38 (staging didn't show any issue, so I'd expect prod would be fine as well).

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

It would be nice to have it deployed before beta infra freeze (2023-08-22).
