My fork[1] appears to be 'stuck' updating, I see the message ' The permissions on this repository are being updated. This may take a while. During this time, you or some of the project's contributors may not be able to push to this repository. '

I tried deleting the Fork under Settings but clicking the button to delete it does nothing.

Cloning the fork locally creates an empty repo.
