When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

I updated the URL.

We don't have any dedicated field for discussion, so I added the discussion link to description.
We also don't have field for matrix, so I tried to add link to IRC field, but it got converted to irc:///dei:fedoraproject.org.

Is this OK or do you want me to change it?

Thanks @zlopez. I think that is fine. I would rather people guess the right Matrix room than go to an IRC channel that we are definitely not monitoring.
